Records we keep
Riverbend Animal Hospital keeps a medical record for each patient, along with the contact and billing details for your account. We treat this information as confidential and store it securely.
How we use and share records
We use your records to provide and coordinate your pet's care, to communicate with you, and to run our practice. We share records with another veterinarian, a specialty or emergency hospital, or a laboratory when it is needed for your pet's care, and otherwise only with your permission or when required by law.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your pet's records, ask us to correct an error, and set how you prefer to be contacted. You may also ask us to send records to another practice on your behalf. We are glad to help with any of these.
